Join us  for some creative ways to incorporate sculptures, yard art, summer perennials and woody ornamentals into a wonderful winter perspective.

Designing your Garden From the Inside Out
     Design  a small garden using the view from your favorite window.  In planning your garden, you will incorporate hardy perennials ,woody ornamentals, bulbs and garden accents in your design to make the most of all seasons.
      Participants should bring snapshots of different views of the area from the inside of the house as well as from the outside area of the garden itself.  At the end of the course you will have designed a garden from your own point of view. 
     Materials needed are a sketch pad, drafting pencils, colored pencils, erasures and the standard plastic slot guides for drawing circles, triangles and drafting slot guide.

     Mike will demonstrate how to develop a country garden and distinquish between Country and Cottage Gardens.
